U.S. ORDERS

Free Shipping is available on all orders and shipped within the continental United States only. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the continental United States, shipping charges will vary. We have a shipping cutoff at 3 PM PST for items to be considered for shipping same day. Free Shipping methods can vary from United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx depending on rates and your address. Timeframes for our Free Shipping method can vary between 4-7 business days. If you need your item sooner, we recommend choosing one of our expedited shipping methods. Expedited shipping costs and available methods are available during the checkout process and are based on your shipping address and ZIP Code.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When ordering from LightVive, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped internationally to areas outside of the United States may be subject to customs, taxes, or duties charges of the destination country. LightVive is not responsible for covering these charges and they must be fulfilled by the recipient, the importer of record. If the product is returned upon delivery to the destination country and refusal by the importer of record, LightVive reserves the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs incurred by the transaction from the refund.

Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays in shipping beyond our original delivery estimates.

All orders are charged in United States dollars (USD). International orders may be subject to currency conversion fees depending on the credit card you use for payment and will be converted automatically at your bank or credit cards end.

LOST PACKAGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare instance your item is delivered in a damaged condition, we require you to contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package to report the damage. We require pictures of the damage to be emailed during this timeframe as well so we can properly file a claim with the approprate carrier, and arrange a proper replacement depending on the circumstance. If your package was lost, please contact us and we will investigate, file a claim if necessary and re-process the shipment.
